Delivery Options
Please note: Your delivery date is unique to the items in your shopping basket. Please check the estimated delivery date specified in your shopping basket before placing your order.
We always aim to have your items delivered on time.
In exceptional circumstances including adverse weather and pandemics we may experience delays. Please check your tracking with Royal Mail to be kept updated upon any changes in your delivery.
Please allow additional time for deliveries to Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Northern Ireland.
Standard Delivery
- Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 5 working days (excluding Sundays).
- Delivery: 9am - 5pm
- You will be provided with estimated delivery dates for your order in checkout.
Please note: Delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided in checkout.
Express Delivery
- Your order will be sent via Royal Mail on a fully trackable service & will need to be signed for.
- You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking link. Delivery updates will also be sent by text if your mobile phone number is provided.
- You can expect delivery of your order between 8am to 6pm.
- Deliveries to Non mainland addresses will take 2 days (Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Eire, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands).

Please note: Not all of our items will be available for next day delivery and may arrive within 48 hours. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, pandemics, or network issues we may experience delays.

Personalised Items
Personalised jewellery items: For personalised jewellery orders, it can take between 14 to 17 working days to be despatched.
If you choose to have your order engraved, it can take between 3 to 8 days to be despatched. In most cases it won't take this long but please do add an extra 8 working days to the expected delivery lead times shown above to avoid disappointment.
